As of 31 December 2013, the Fund invests in 246 lands standard factories and standard warehouse of TICON Industrial Connection Public Company Limited and Ticon Logistics Park Company Limited on land size 881 rai 2 ngan 80.34 square wah with 585,275 square meter of factory space. The factories and warehouses are in 9 industrial estates, industrial parks, industrial promotion zone and project as follows:
