Portfolio Overview

As of 30 September 2016, the Fund invests in 244 lands standard factories and standard warehouse of TICON Industrial Connection Public Company Limited and Ticon Logistics Park Company Limited on land size 875 rai 3 ngan 76.80 square wah with 580,600 square meter of factory space. The factories and warehouses are in 9 industrial estates, industrial parks, industrial promotion zone and project as follows:
